HOW DO I USE THE TAMPER?
Using the tamper to gently even out and compress each layer is pretty easy. You will quickly get the feel for it as you use it more.

Step1. Spread a layer fairly evenly inside the ring/ square.
Step2. Grip the handle and gently tamp the layer several times.
Step3. Repeat Step 1&2 until ingredients are used up or the ring is filled.
Step4. Gently lift ring off the food stack. If required, use the tamper to hold the food stack in place while lifting the ring.
