Installation, Commissioning and Operation

The connection of the electrical appliances must be performed after turning off the power.
The enclosure rating of this equipment is IP23. Do NOT use it in the rain.
Two batteries are connected in series, and the battery clip must be fastened.
The batteries are connected in series. The positive pole of either battery is connected to the negative pole of another battery with a cable, and the remaining positive pole and negative pole are connected to the terminals on the welding machine’s rear panel.
The screw on the welding cable connector must be tightened. Please make sure the polarity is NOT reversed. When the battery is connected to the welding machine, there will be a little spark (as a result of capacitor charging).
When the two 12V / 60AH batteries are fully charged, the welding machine can work for 20 minutes. If the electrodes are 2.5mm in diameter, 15-20 pieces can be burnt. If the two 12V batteries are brand new and the electrodes are 2.5mm in diameter, 40-50 pieces can be burnt.

Note: Please strictly follow the steps below for installation and commissioning.

The typical characteristic of this welding machine is that it will automatically shut down when the battery voltage is lower than 21V. It will stop operating to protect the battery from damage. Please charge the battery before using the device again.
