Beatrice the Little Camper is eager to meet new friends when she goes on a camping adventure with her family, the Tuffles and their rescue dog Zoe. In this camping book for children, Beatrice the little vintage camper soon finds out that it’s not easy to make friends at the campground if you are different. 
Dolores the big red and white camper moves into the campsite next to Beatrice and her and Dolores become friends. When the other campers try to talk Dolores into not being friends with Beatrice, Dolores teaches all of them that they should treat everyone with kindness no matter how different they are.
