About the Author

Ms. Curry was born in Curry Canyon, near Hill City SD in 1933. She attended schools in Rapid City SD, Black Hawk CO, Hand County. Pennington County and Meade County one-room schools in SD. She attained a Masters degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem Pa. She has lived in NM, OR, UT, PA, NJ, VA, and in her eighth decade arrived in CA. Currently she lives near Sacramento and travels widely.
