An original work on qualitative research methodology, Churchill’s new book combines his own work in existential phenomenology with a phenomenologically based qualitative research tradition. The book reads like a step-by-step manual for existential phenomenological qualitative research, written in prose that is clear, yet protective of the complexity of the content, the terminology, and the methodological approach. A must-read for any psychology student interested in qualitative research, and for students and researchers in other sciences interested in a viable approach for studying the intricacy of the human condition.
