How to transfer the plant？
Just remove the cup tray from the bottom tray. Give each cup a gentle squeeze to loosen the root ball and soil. Gently invert the tray while supporting the seedlings until you can gently remove them from their cups.
Also, I would probably transfer them to small pint size pots and continue to grow them until they get hardier before I put them in the ground.
TIPS:
When you use the heat mat, please make sure that the watertight base tray has some water to avoid the shrinkage and deformation of the seedling tray.
