Squnky’s Big Awakening

Squnky was born into a chemically polluted area that can’t provide enough food for him to survive. Since his mother left, it has become very hard for him to find food and shelter on his own. The need to leave this location and go in search of a place to live that can support him has become critical for his survival.

Mel, the gofer turtle, is Squnky’s best and closest friend. Together they go in search of a better place to move. This relationship has allowed them to explore many different areas that surround their original home looking for the perfect place. They have adventures along the way with other friends which place them in many strange and different situations.

Mel and Squnky found the island they thought they were living in the perfect place. As they further explored their new home and learned to live the island life-style, both knew they never wanted to leave. Then events happened that made them leave where they most wanted to live.
