The play consists of a maximum of four players(or 2) divided into two teams. Partners stand at opposite ends of the court. Partners will alternate throwing and deflecting a flying disc(soccer ball, volleyball, handball, tennis ball, etc.). One partner throws the flying disc(soccer ball, volleyball, handball, tennis ball, etc.) and, when necessary, the other partner redirects (deflects) it toward or into the goal. After both partners complete their throws each, the flying disc is passed to the opposing team.
