About the Author

Uniit Carruyo has been an early childhood educator for more than twenty years and is currently the Director of Wiggles & Wings Montessori School for the Arts in Ithaca, NY. She is also a Montessori teacher-trainer at West Side Montessori TEP, and an education consultant for home and school environments. Carruyo received her MS Ed in Leadership from Bank Street College of Education.
