From the Author
Periods are normal. And when something is normal, we talk about it. We read books about it. We are not afraid to tell our children about it.Â
I wrote this book so that my 4-year old daughter could understand periods in a positive, straightforward way. I wrote this book because I want to support other parents in having conversations around periods with their children. I wrote this book because I believe that in order to empower our girls, they need to know about their bodies.Â
