1. Laptop system language.
The original language system of the laptop is Windows 10/11 Home Edition Chinese. Before delivery, we will change to the English win10 system (Russian order is changed to the Russian system by default), please contact customer service for confirmation of special language requirements.
2. Keyboard
All laptops are English keyboards, we provide keyboard stickers in different languages for free, please leave a message to inform the sticker language.
3. Adapter
Please select the adapter version and leave a message to notify customer service.
4. Choose right model
The notebook computer has a variety of parameter configurations. Please read the relevant configuration parameters carefully before placing an order. We do not accept returns or refunds of any kind due to configuration errors due to personal reasons.
5. After sales
Before delivery, we will activate the Chinese system out of the box and check the basic conditions of the computer (excluding professional screen inspection). Laptops are high value products, we do not support returns due to the long distance; if there is a quality problem, please contact us and we will respond quickly.
